  • No I have not yet been through it but I do believe I’m in the peri stage and so I am doing whatever I can to take care or my skin. I’ve been using no7 menopause skin hydration crème and I am really enjoying it

  • To be honest I really didnt notice vast changes.
    I think our skin changes slowly over time and we need to make minor changes all through our lives. I just make sure that I use gentle products with lots of moisture.

  • I haven’t been through it, but a really great article was published on Beauty Truth recently with a lot of info and tips
