I wish I could use my luxe face cream for both day and night in summer, but Qld humidity is no joke. I just started using Clinique dramatically different moisturising gel and I think I’ve found my new spring summer favourite. Its so light and hydrating with no oil in the formula.

If you’re opting for lightweight, definitely go something like a gel cream or water based. I tend to enjoy my rich creams all year round at night as its like an intensive mask overnight for me!

I agree with the poster below that the No7 future renew night serum is lovely. I use it also.

I guess it depends on your skin type and your age but I love the Olay lotion which is very lightweight,
Avene have some really lovely products for either day or night also.

I think I must have dry skin because I tend to use the heavy stuff all year long lol
On the lighter side I tend to like no 7 future renew night serum. It goes on so smoothly and absorbs really well. Leaves my skin feeling soft and like it’s got baby powder/velvet soft finish. I can sleep straight after putting it on because it doesn’t feel wet or tacky
