  • La Roche posay for me! After every shower to lock in moisture. My hands can dry out easily especially with a lot of housework.

  • A good hand cream does wonders. I’ve been using Aveda hand relief and it’s lovely. So hydrating, but very quickly absorbed. Every so often I’ll use a heavy body butter and sleep with cotton gloves on. As mentioned by others, gloves when cleaning and gardening are a must. I repotted a few plants carelessly without gloves and my skin wasn’t impressed

  • I always use gloves when dealing with cleaning products and doing things like washing the dishes.
Apply a hand cream before bed at night and use one during the day when you think about it.

  • I use aveeno masks for my hands because I’m not regular with using hand cream, I prefer the once a month treatment. That being said after applying and moisturiser to my face I always rub the left over into my hands.
