Hello!

I get BHave keratin treatments. They’re nice, do a bit but don’t address my big problem, breakage, lack f growth and frizz at the crown. Tried QiQi Low Tox straightening at what was supposed to be a reputable Melbourne salon – can not advise more for anyone with fragile or color treated hair to stay away – my hair within less than one week started falling out in clumps. Once I regained hair health, which took well over 1 year, went back to BHAve, again, not enough, and have to leave in 48 hours before washing, which is a drag. Read about Magic Sleek, I think might be too intense for my hair. Curious about Hair Botox. Anyone, especially in Melbourne who can comment? I have long hair, get color and foils, only wash 1x weekly, only use sulphate, paraben and salt free products, judicious of heat styling.

  • Im just wondering about your hair strength.
I have long but very fine hair that can be prone to breakage and found that the Aveda Invarti Ultra Light System products helped amazingly. After several months o9f useage I had more hair and it was stronger. it did revert back when I stopped using the products for 6 months though.
This does not help with Straightening but I gather if you work on the strength of your hair it wont be such an issue when you straighten it.
