Hello!

Just wondering how many of us apply body lotion every day? For me, it’s after every morning shower but not my evening shower. It does get a bit tiresome (especially when it’s cold!) and I often wonder if I really need it…

  • I’ve been using body oil more than moisturiser lately, I find it more hydrating. I use it after evening showers daily.

  • I’ve never been one to use body lotion. I will however use hand cream and a moisturiser on my feet before bed.

  • I used to find it tiresome as well but once i kept doing it consistently, it just became a habit and now feels weird if i dont do it lol! I’ll do mine after every shower just to lock in that moisture that water can strip away.

  • I’m always really lax about this and always think I should do it more. Sometimes in Summer I get around to it. It’s not that there is a shortage of products bursting out of my vanity.

  • I usually do, especially in winter when my skin really tends to dry out.

  • I do different areas when I feel the need, so not every day.

  • Yes i do! It’s become a normal routine now after a shower. I always remind myself that future old me will thank me i took care of my skin when i could. I cant prevent wrinkles etc, but i can definitely try my best to slow it down!

  • I tend to do this when I have time.
I certainly dont do it every day as I just dont have the time as I have to get to work and in the evenings I just want to get into bed.
I do tend to do it more when I am on holidays

  • No 🙁 I don’t. I actually hate feeling fresh and clean from a shower and then putting cream all over me.. I feel dirty again!
I instead use moisturiser as a body wash, weird I know but it works for me

  • Yes, yes, yes! I love doing it and have done so since I was 18. Even if it means standing under the heat light after my night shower to give time for absorption. I really notice the difference in my skin if I don’t. I go between lotions and body oils depending on what I need. At the minimum it’s always decolletage, elbows, hands, knees, heels. The places that show signs of aging or signs of dryness.

  • No I don’t do this everyday but I do wish I did. I try and do it every couple of days especially in winter. Sometimes I use baby oil instead of lotion and it works really well.
