Forum Favourite summer lip colours

Now that we’re in summer I like to use more soft pinks and mauves rather than nudes. Do you have a summer colour?

  • I tend to just wear shades that I like with my skin tone and colourings more so than those that match the seasons, but I have been very partial to a Brownish Rose lately! Which I guess isn’t overly Summery but could fit the holidays season? Haha I am loving something a little bold without going full on red. On Top or Excess by NARS are my current faves 🙂

  • I am sadly not a person who can pull off a wide range of colours and have to stick to very neutral nudes and shades. That being said I do tend to do a little more colour in winter

  • No set colour as such. I have a great lipstick collection and never stick to just one shade as there are so many wonderful shades out there. I do tend to opt for darker shades in winter for the most part but that doesnt mean that I wont wear a dark shade in Summer on occassion.
    I refuse to follow makeup rules and have always done my own thing.
