Hello!

So I’ve been using the magnesium spray on my feet which is how they recommend you start out with it and it’s been wonderful at helping me sleep but funnily enough my feet have gotten quite dry. I’ve never had an issue with dry feet before so I’m curious what works fast and effectively?

  • If you’re after an effective foot stone, the Hero chiropody sponge from Chemist Warehouse is amazing. Its only $4 and is the best foot stone I’ve used. Combined with my favourite foot cream I am absolutely loving the feeling of my feet right now

  • Ooooohhhjj, love the sleeping tip. I’m off to find some magnesium spray

  • Responding to poster’s question – i use a pumice stone and find it gives amazing results. The trick is to find a good one that actually does something!

  • Thank you for all the tips! I’m definitely going to be stocking up on these products as I really dislike the feel!
I’d be interested to know if anyone finds the use of the pumice stones etc any help

  • I always use Pure Sorbolene which works like magic my father used it for his skin which was so dry flakes would fall off but now after using the pure sorbolene it has worked wonders.

  • Ive always used just my hand cream as its nourishing enough on my hands, i figured it would be the same for my feet!

  • DermaVeen Extra Hydration Intensive Moisturising Cream is great and comes in a tub that lasts forever. Doesnt leave my skin feeling sticky.

  • My latest holy grail beauty product is the Aveda Foot Relief cream. I’ve tried countless foot specific creams and lotions, even thick body butters and nothing has given me lovely smooth feet as fast as this product has. It’s not the cheapest, but absolutely worth it.
