You should go to your GP and ask for a full blood screening just to rule out any issues.

Oh i am so sorry! Have you had any major life changes, diet, etc? Best to go to your GP and seek advice first and do tests if any required, then go from there. It can often be seasonal as well!

Don’t worry, you aren’t alone! It happens to many of us! My hair has thinned out a lot and it balding in places! There are so many reasons for it. Definitely start with your gp to make sure there’s nothing wrong, blood tests can reveal nutrient deficiencies etc. It could also be a hormonal issue or environmental factor like water quality etc Good luck, once you find out what’s causing it you will be able to tell which path you go down to fixing it

I’m so sorry, this would be such a hard thing to process. Have you gone to the GP, maybe they can get to the bottom of why this is happening and hopefully intervene any further loss
