Hello!

Just wondering if anyone has jumped on board the Korean skin care trend? If so what are the products called and are they any good?

  • Thanks for all the answers! My daughter has brought home some Anua products to try and we haven’t found them to be anything overly amazing or special so I’m thinking it’s just a fad or it’s just not right for our skin types

  • Depends what your skin concerns are, your skin type and what you want it to do for you! I personally love some Korean brands but also there are others that do nothing for my skin! It just depends on what you are looking for

  • So I decided to try a Korean beauty product with the Adore Beauty sale that was on and went with the Beauty of Joseon Ground Rice and Honey Glow Mask. I was drawn to it by the ingredients, and I’ve been looking for an exfoliat that isn’t a toner. So far I like it, the formula isn’t harsh and scratchy like others (looking at you, apricot scrub). Doesn’t smell amazing, but you only wear it for 20mins.

  • I’ve never heard of this but am curious now. So much variety out there day after day.

  • I have a bunch of friends who love it and have built their entire routines on it, but it’s not for me. They adore the COSRX snail mucin, but I didn’t like how it settled on my skin

  • I have tried a few items from Innisfree and found them to be nice but not something that i was crazy in love with that I felt I had to rush out and repurchase.
Everyones skin is different though so it would be something you would ahve to try for yourself.

  • There’s plenty of Korean skincare brands that are now more accessible! Depending on what kind of skincare you need for your skin type, theres plenty! Check out Priceline as they now stock a great range of Korean brands

  • I have not jumped on this and have not come across it. Thanks for asking the question, I am going to look into this and see if it is something I might be interested in.
