Are Lush bath bombs worth the price or just great marketing?

  • I don’t use bath bombs anymore after having issues with allergies to them. My daughter loves them. I think it’s a personal choice. You can make your own much cheaper.

  • I wouldn’t use bath bombs. I don’t find it enticing sitting in a coloured fragrant bath tub with fizzy bubbles. And they’re not good for my sensitive skin. But each to their own. Personally, I think Lush is way too expensive. Just 2 weeks ago, my Miss 16 bought herself a Lush body spray. I think it was about 230ml. Came in a spray bottle with a squeeze handle. When she brought it home, I was gobsmacked. She paid $55! Why? Because she liked the sticky date smell.

  • Great insights here to lush. I always find the store quite overwhelming to walk into and the scents are definitely strong. Definitely agree they use better quality ingredients, but i still think theyre overpriced

  • I like Lush for the ingredients they use. They aren’t packed with things that will irritate my skin, and I find the colours don’t stain my tub like other cheaper brands will. But it will come to personal preference

  • I think that they are all pretty much the same no matter where you get them from.
In my mind they are kind of expensive for what they are.
I would rather a lovely bubble bath.
