  • Go to Mecca! The lovely girls there are definitely able to recommend you something based on your skin type and your needs! They also offer sample pots of products you can take home to try to see what works for you before committing

  • I absolutely love Go-To Skincare. I’ve been using them for over a year now and have had the best skin of my life. It’s not super cheap, but also not the most expensive. If you’re in your 20s I would say go for brands like Sukin and The Ordinary. They have great cleansers and moisturizers that worked really well for me at that time. The Ordinary have great serums. 30s skin after having a baby I find I need a little more hydration and found it in my current routine.

  • I use go to skincare and Khiels. Both are fantastic and can be pricey but if you order when they are doing a deal and through Cashrewards you get some of your money back and this way I find it isnโ€™t so costly.

  • Swisse skin care is pretty good, I’m using their glycolic acid cleanser which can also be used on your body for gentle exfoliation. They make a range of day and night serums and creams for different skin concerns and also eye creams and face masks. I often buy their products online from Chemist Warehouse when they are on sale.

  • I use Elucent products they have different products, cleansers, day and night creams, serums, eye creams, body moisturisers. They are available at Chemist Warehouse inshore and online. They are often on special and their products last a long time, they also have anti ageing ingredients.

  • La Roche Posay is great and you can buy it from Chemist Warehouse. Whilst it’s not the cheapest, I have found with all of their products, a little goes a loooong way, and the packaging is in larger volumes so you’re not constantly having to stock up. Good luck with your search!

  • TBH is fantastic for dry/dull skin.
The milky toner and rebound serum are my recs.
If you want to go down a rabbit hole, look into k-beauty. Ive been using it for years and my dry skin has never looked or felt better.
I would also recommend trying a cream cleanser, if you arent already.

  • You dont say how old you are but I love the Olay products and if you keep an eye out for sales thats the time to buy.
Nivea have been around for years and know their stuff along with Garnier and both are very reasonably priced and have ranges for various age groups and skin issues.

  • Thank you I’ve heard of this brand but I haven’t used it before ill have to check it out.

  • I think the Cetaphil range is great. They have cleansers and moisturisers. They’re good for all skin types and are reasonably priced
