I’d appreciate some recommendations for an affordable Toner that feels refreshing and not sticky.

  • I agree with the poster below regarding the Avene Gentle Toning Lotion. Thats the one that i am using at the moment and it lasts ages as you use such a small amount of it.

  • My mum bought me Thayers Witch Hazel Facial Toner about 6 months ago to try because she read an article about how it’s good for sensitive skin. I get rosacea so I need to be careful what I use. I’ve found this one to be very calming for my skin whilst mopping up leftover makeup after cleansing. It’s also hydrating and doesn’t dry out your skin. It’s alcohol free and unscented. Recommended and affordable.

  • The two I like that you can get at Priceline and CW are the Avene Gentle Toning Lotion. Its alcohol free and gentle on sensitive skin. Currently 40% off at Priceline. I also like the La Roche Posay Soothing Toner. Feels light weight and quick drying.
