I’ve tried a few different ones from my local supermarket lately which I’ve found to be good. The L’Oréal Paris Elvive Bond Repair made a huge difference in the condition and appearance of my brittle, damaged hair, while the Growth Booster range almost completely stopped my hair fall. The Garnier Fructis Curls Method added lost of moisture to my wavy hair without weighing it down and the Pantene Nutrients Blends Miracle Moisture Boost with Rose Water made my hair super soft and bouncy. I tend to rotate through a few different one, but I think my favorite at the moment in the Pantene. They are all sulphate free which I find is a must for my hair.

I’m liking People Haircare. It’s a supermarket brand from Coles and isn’t expensive and isn’t cheap. Sometimes it’s half price when Coles have it on sale. I like the varieties available, hydrate, smooth, volume, curl, blonde hair (purple shampoo) all-in-one shampoo treatment. They also have leave in treatments too which are lovely. My daughter is a hairdresser and she recommends this brand too.

I’m currently going between Biolage Hydrasource and Matrix Mega Sleek. I really like both. They make my hair smooth, manageable and I’ve noticed a huge reduction in frizz. I’ll have to see how they go as the weather warms up and if I need to change

I have not found my dream Shampoo and Conditioner as yet.
I find one that loves my hair but upsets my scalp or loves my scalp but is horrible for my hair.
Somethimes I find ones that are great for a while but then everything goes downhill.
At the moment I am swapping between Dove Hair Therapy Nutritive Solutions daily moisture shampoo and conditioner and Nak Hair Nourish Shampoo and Conditioner.
These are working for my hair at the moment.
