Honestly? you can’t even compare the two. Firstly supermarket uses cheaper ingredients, yes may be the same ingredient but the quality is alot lower which leads me to point two. This is why you use alot more of the supermarket one as opposed to salon!

Oh this is a tough question. I like bed head but I don’t know if that counts as a supermarket brand! It’s available at the chemist.

I love the Loreal Extraordinary Oil Mask Jojoba.

I’ve always loved Schwarzkopf and Sunsilk. They’ve been around for ages. A more later released brand is People. You can buy it from Coles. It’s quite good too and there’s a shampoo and conditioner for every hair condition.

If you find one, please let us know! Personally, I switched to salon brands a while ago and my hair is better than it’s ever been. I’m currently going between Matrix, Biolage and Kerastase

My hair is very fine but long and my scalp can get very sensitive so i find that it doesnt matter if a product is a salon brand or from the supermarket it all depends if it reacts with my scalp and works with my fine hair.
From the supermarket I love the Dove shampoo and conditioners but i alternate between that and one of the NAK shampoos.
